Early Postpartum Care

The 4th trimester or first 40 days after giving birth is a sacred time where most of us do not receive enough support, care, or guidance. You were not meant to have to figure things out on your own.

 

I offer different packages for this time that provide a combination of in-home, hands-on care, as well as check-in sessions to go over anything related to postpartum recovery & newborn care.  I am also available during this time via text for questions & support.
