Fitness and Wellness Coaching
Fitness and wellness coaching may be a great option for you if you answered yes to any of the questions above. As a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, I can work with you one-on-one to develop a comprehensive and progressive exercise program that helps you get back to activities that are important to you in a safe and supportive way. After pregnancy, we need to take the time to mindfully progress back to our previous activities rather than jumping right in so that we support the body in healing.
During private sessions I can develop an individualized exercise program, coach you on your form, and check in throughout the week to hold you accountable to your goals. In this model I cannot provide you with a full evaluation of your pelvic floor, but I can provide you with general information about pelvic health topics such as bowel and bladder habits, core management and its impact on the pelvic floor, and sexual health. I'm happy to customize a program to fit your specific needs and goals!
