This package is good for three 60 minute in-office or virutal follow-up sessions.   This is great for current patients looking to add on a few more to their plan of care.
 
*Sessions may be scheduled as appropriate for your treatment plan but are non-refundable and do expire after one year from the time of pruchase.  Sessions also cannot be transferred to another person.
 
*Once purchased, we will apply the credit to your account.  We do accept HSA/FSA funds, however, depending on your HSA you may need to submit for reimbursement after each session is used.
