4 Week Series at Bright Day Yoga in Wenham

Yoga Class Descriptions:
Suitable for students during all stages of pregnancy who do not have any exercise restrictions from their healthcare provider. This is a slower flow class, meant as a way to connect to the body and tune into changes during pregnancy.
No yoga experience is necessary.
Class offers time for group check-in and discussion to connect with one another about individual experiences. Classes also include general information about the pelvic floor and pregnancy.
Baby & Me Postnatal
Suitable for students 6 weeks or more postpartum who have been cleared by their healthcare provider to resume physical activity. No yoga experience is necessary.
Learning how to safely reconnect to the deep core and pelvic floor is a foundational part of resuming a yoga practice or any exercise after having a baby. This class will utilize movements that support core and pelvic floor healing.
Classes also include time for group check-in to connect with one another about individual experiences as well as general information about postpartum topics and infant development. Babies are always welcome and can be incorporated into movements, but the focus of class is on you!
