Hi, I’m Sarah, a pelvic health occupational therapist. I have experienced firsthand the lack of guidance and support our healthcare system provides after having a baby. 

If you are also feeling this way, you are not alone.  

Using a client-centered and whole body approach, I can:

  • Work with you to resolve pelvic floor dysfunction during pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Empower you to learn about your pelvic floor and prepare for birth.

  • Guide you to take charge of your own healing. 

  • Support you to confidently return to exercise and the things that are important to you after having your baby.

Things like incontinence, pain, and prolapse symptoms can impact your daily life.  These issues are common, but treatable, and not something you have accept as a part of having a baby.
