Pregnancy & Birth Support

You don't have to wait until you have your baby to feel better.

In fact, addressing issues in pregnancy can decrease your risk of symptoms continuing in postpartum.

Pelvic therapy in pregnancy can address:

  • Pubic bone pain (Also known as symphysis pubis dysfunction or “SPD”)

  • Pain around the pelvis or hips (Pelvic girdle pain)

  • Sacroiliac (SI joint) pain

  • Tailbone pain (Coccydynia)

  • General pregnancy aches and pains such as rib, mid back, or low back discomfort

  • Leaking urine when you move, cough, laugh, or sneeze (stress urinary incontinence)

  • Hemorrhoids or anal fissures
