Revive & Restore: Postpartum Movement Series
4 week series starting Friday, 4/11 11:15-12:15 at Beyond Birthing
Join Kaitlin Hill, pelvic health therapist and group fitness instructor for a 4 week series designed to rebuild strength after baby- hosted at Beyond Birthing in Beverly.
Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum, learning how to connect to the core and pelvic floor is a foundational skill for movement after pregnancy. This class is a combination of breathwork, yoga postures, and strength building movements, designed specifically for postpartum students. Class will provide opportunities for challenge as well as modifications to meet different levels, and is a great option as a bridge class before returning to regular exercise. Babies are welcome to join, but the focus is on you as the caregiver!

Class is 4/11, 4/18, 4/25, and 5/9 (No class Friday, 5/2)

Core Confidence: Rebuild Strength After Baby

Join Sarah Coombs, pelvic health therapist and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, for a FREE 60 minute workshop designed to help you reconnect, rebuild, and feel strong again after baby- hosted at Amethyst Studio in Hamilton.
Your body went through A LOT during pregnancy and birth- rebuilding a strong foundation is an important step for postpartum recovery! This workshop is designed for anyone in pregnancy or postpartum who wants to learn how safely restore core strength, improve posture, and feel more confident returning to exercise.
This workshop will cover:
✔️ The truth about diastasis recti
✔️ Core + pelvic floor connection (it’s more than just kegels!)
✔️ Breathwork + movement strategies to support your recovery
✔️ Simple exercises you can do at home to feel stronger every day
Join us for this hands-on, feel-good class that will help you move with ease and confidence. Babies welcome!

6 week series starting, Monday 3/17 11am-12pm Greater Beverly YMCA
Join Sarah Coombs, pelvic health therapist, yoga instructor, and postpartum corrective exercise specialist for core and pelvic floor movement series.
This series is a combination of breathwork, yoga postures, and strength building exercises to support core and pelvic floor strength with a focus on form. This is a great class is geared for anyone but is a great fit for pregnancy and postpartum as well.
You do NOT have to be a Y member to join this series. Register for the whole series or drop-in.
