Join Amanda Stefanik for a 4 week series highlighting the foundational principles of building postpartum strength. Whether you have lofty fitness goals, or simply want more stability in daily life, every body benefits from building a strong foundation. Though these principles apply to ALL bodies- this series is mom-minded, and a beautiful complement to the magic of pelvic floor therapy. Through this series students will build strength from the ground up- exploring the connection between the ribs, pelvis, core and more. Students will walk away with the confidence to continue exercises specifically designed for their bodies- in 5-10 minute sessions and with minimal equipment.
This interactive workshop led by Sarah Coombs, MOT, OTR/L, pelvic floor therapist and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, will go over:
- The foundational skills for returning to exercise after baby
- Signs when movements are too advanced
- Time for Q&A and diastasis recti check
This workshop is appropriate for anyone at least 5-6 weeks postpartum. Babies are welcome!
