Wellness Sessions

In-person or virtual, wellness sessions can provide general information around pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic health, and individualized movement programs. Sessions are catered to meet your individual needs and partners are always welcome.

 

Sessions can include:

- Birth and postpartum planning

- Information around topics such as pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, postpartum healing, and maternal mental health

- Strength training and yoga
