Revive & Restore postpartum movement series at Beyond Birthing in Beverly continues on Fridays at 9:30 am.
Book all 4 weeks or drop-in
Led by Sarah Coombs, pelvic health OT, yoga instructor, and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, this class is a combination of breathwork, yoga postures, and exercises for core & pelvic floor strength after baby.
Students will be given options for challenge, but also different movement options to meet individual needs
This class is for you if:
✔️ Are at least 5-6 weeks postpartum or had a baby within the last year
✔️ You want to get back into exercise but don’t know where to start
✔️ You want individualized guidance with form
✔️ You need a class where you can also bring baby (note: focus of the class is on YOU 🙂 )
✨ And as an added bonus, students can stay after class to connect with one another.

Rooted Pelvic Health & Wellness is partnering with the Greater Beverly YMCA for a core and pelvic floor movement series!
Join Sarah Coombs, pelvic health OT, yoga instructor, and postpartum corrective exercise specialist for a FREE 60 minute core and pelvic floor workshop on Monday, January 6th at 11 am.
Class will continue as a 6 week series starting Monday, January 13th.
This class is a combination of breathwork, yoga postures, and exercises with a focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength after baby (althoug anyone is welcome to join!)Students will be given options for challenge, but also different movement options to meet individual needs
This class is for you if:
✔️ Are at least 5-6 weeks postpartum or had a baby within the last year
✔️ You want to get back into exercise but don’t know where to start
✔️ You want individualized guidance with form
✔️ You need a class where you can also bring baby or take advantage of the Y's Kids Club childcare
