What is dry needling?

Dry needling is a technique that uses thin, sterile needles to release tension in overactive or irritated muscles, especially those with "trigger points" or tight "knots."

Dry needling works by stimulating a muscle and fascia response, helping to reset the nervous system and improve how that area moves and feels.

At Rooted Pelvic Health & Wellness, we offer dry needling as stand-alone treatment or an add-on to pelvic floor therapy. Whether you're coming in for postpartum care, core rehab, or persistent hip or low back pain, dry needling is a great option to help with tension and pain.

Benefits of Dry Needling
