Still Struggling After Generic PT?
You Were Handed a Kegel Sheet and Sent Home
You Feel Dismissed — or Like You're Overreacting
You've Stopped Doing the Things You Love
Cookie-cutter kegel programs address the symptom — not the system. If you've done all the exercises and still leak, hurt, or feel disconnected from your body, it's not your fault. Your care plan just wasn't built for you.
Pelvic pain, prolapse, and postpartum recovery are real and treatable. Yet too many women are told it's normal, to just do more kegels, or to wait it out. Your symptoms have a root cause, and you deserve a provider who will find it.
Running, lifting, keeping up with your kids — these aren't luxuries. If fear of leaking or pain is keeping you on the sidelines, you don't have to accept that as your new normal. There's a path back to doing what matters most.

Why Hamilton, MA Women Choose Rooted
At Rooted Pelvic Health & Wellness, our Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists treat your whole body — not just your pelvic floor. Every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one, and built around your specific symptoms, your season of life, and your goals. We combine hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, breathwork, and movement-based strategies because real recovery takes more than a generic exercise sheet.
-
Full 60-minute, one-on-one sessions — you'll never be passed off to a rehab aide
-
Whole-body approach that treats both physical and nervous system drivers of your symptoms
-
Baby-friendly appointments — bring your newborn, no childcare needed
Your Path Back to Feeling Like You Again
Step 1: Restore
Step 2: Optimize
Step 3: Integrate
Begin with a thorough 60-minute evaluation of your pelvic floor, core, and movement patterns. Your Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist identifies the root cause of your symptoms and builds a plan specific to your body, your history, and your goals.
Using hands-on manual therapy, cupping, dry needling, breathwork, and neuromuscular re-education, we address the underlying drivers of your pain, leaking, or weakness — and begin rebuilding strength and function from the inside out.
We bridge the gap between the treatment table and real life — returning you to running, strength training, or chasing after your kids with confidence. You leave with tools, education, and the knowledge to stay strong long after care ends.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to start pelvic floor therapy at Rooted?
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to book a free consultation call, where we'll learn about your symptoms and goals and make sure Rooted is the right fit for you — before you ever commit to an appointment. Our Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists are ready to see you as soon as you're ready.
Do you accept insurance?
Rooted Pelvic Health & Wellness operates as an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not bill insurance directly. Many clients find that the investment in full 60-minute, one-on-one sessions with a dedicated pelvic floor therapist — with no rushed visits and no rehab aides — delivers results that conventional in-network care simply hasn't. We encourage you to check your out-of-network benefits and reach out to discuss your options. Many clients also use HSA or FSA funds.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first session is a comprehensive 60-minute evaluation with your Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist — no assistants, no group settings. We'll review your history, assess your pelvic floor, core, and movement patterns, and begin developing an individualized plan of care using our Restore, Optimize, Integrate method. You're welcome to bring your newborn — this is a fully baby-friendly practice.
